UAM Food Drive
I would like to share this opportunity for you to make a difference in a UAM student’s life. UAM has a Food Hub program that help students who need a little extra help when it comes to making ends meet or having a meal when that extra unexpected expense occurs. There are 14 offices on campus where students may pick up food items.
If you would like to help with this program you will find information below about the items they are requesting. You may bring the items to the church building (a box will be provided in the foyer) or give your donations to Brad Tolbert. Please have them at the building by Wednesday 12/01/21.

UAM Food Hubs have distributed around 4,000 food items to students in the past year. UAM would like to continue to provide foods and snacks to our students who are chronically hungry and have no other access to food, or even to those staying over fall break, needing a snack before class, or quarantined in their room. UAM is in need of non-perishable items that are ready-to-eat or microwavable. A list of foods requested is below. Contributions can be donated starting now until Friday 12/03/21.
Requested Food Items:
· Macaroni and cheese microwavable cups
· Tuna packets or boxed ready-to-eat Tuna or Chicken Salad kits.
· Pull top/microwavable cans of soup or ravioli, etc.
· Cup of ramen noodles or microwavable meals
· Snack bags of chips or microwavable popcorn
· Granola bars, cereal bars, cereal cups, or Pop tarts
· 8 count box of peanut butter crackers, cheese crackers, etc
